"Where else can you work on such exciting and complex projects?"
The Management Trainee Programme gave me all-rounded exposure to terminal and airfield operations, retail and advertising - and even business operations in Mainland China.

What appeals to me most about AA is its unique working environment. For example, the Annual Aircraft Crash and Rescue Exercise involves co-ordination between more than 20 external and internal parties to test HKIA’s contingency measures, ensuring safety and responsiveness at every level.
Maintaining work-life balance is also important at AA. As a member of the Staff Club Committee, I enjoy helping to organise social events such as Family Fun Day. Functions like these make me feel I’m part of a loving community, and I look forward to developing my career at AA.
