During the two-year training period, trainees will rotate across various teams within the IT department, gaining exposure to mission-critical systems and participating in digital transformation projects. This hands-on experience, combined with professional knowledge, builds strong business acumen. The well-structured programme also nurtures trainees’ problem-solving skills and team spirit, laying a solid foundation for them to take on future leadership roles in airport technology and innovation.

The IT Trainee Programme provides a fast-track career path for IT professionals. Upon completion of the two-year programme, trainees who meet the Airport Authority’s expectations and requirements will be appointed as IT Analysts.
