Future Targets

Commence a two-year Baggage Hall safety revamp in Q4 2017/18.
Achieve an Airport Composite Safety Index not exceeding 3.86 injuries per million passengers in 2017/18.
Obtain the ISO 14001 certification in Q4 2017/18.
Reduce/recycle/recover 50% of all waste generated at HKIA by 2021.
Reduce airport-wide carbon intensity by 10% by 2020 compared to 2015 levels.
Maintain an overall satisfaction score of at least 4.86 (out of 5) in 2017 Airport Service Quality Survey.
