AAHK recognised for ESG Excellence

Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) were honored with the “Excellent Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Corporate Award – Non-listed Company” at the Ming Pao ESG Award 2026. The award recognised AAHK’s sustained efforts in integrating ESG principles across the operations and long-term development of Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).

Over the years, AAHK has been promoting the adoption of renewable diesel at HKIA, implementing voluntary marine ecology and fishery enhancement initiatives, issuing green bonds as part of an overall sustainable finance strategy and more. Beyond environmental initiatives, AAHK creates shared value for the community through EXTRA MILE community investment project, while nurturing aviation talent through the Hong Kong International Aviation Academy.
