Empowering our BPs to achieve Net Zero Carbon

On 30 April, Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) organised a “Greenovation Tech Showcase” as part of its Hong Kong International Airport Carbon Capacity Building Programme (HKIA CCBP) in partnership with Business Environment Council. Pledged business partners (BPs) of HKIA 2050 Net Zero Carbon Pledge gathered to explore new technologies to support their net zero carbon journey.

Pledged BPs had a chance to match with a diverse group of solution providers—ranging from local start-ups to global industry leaders—all offering innovative products and services for decarbonisation. The event also showcased positive examples of projects funded by HKIA Greenovation Fund to demonstrate scalable projects. Participants also gained practical insights on overcoming implementation challenges, adopting new solutions and enhancing carbon reduction through this event.
