Photo and video contest -- send in your entries!

(HONG KONG, 10 August 2003) – Entries for the Airport Authority’s “Happy Moments at HKIA” competition, which encourages people to submit photos or videos of happy moments at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), closes in three weeks.

Budding cameramen are reminded not to miss the chance to win cash prizes by sending in what they have captured, be it funny or poignant shots. Cash prizes of HK$15,000, HK$10,000 and HK$5,000 are offered in each of the two categories.

The contest is open to all travellers, passengers and airport users, including people who work at the airport. It is one of several projects in HKIA’s welcome back campaign.

Winners for the “Your Privilege, Our Pleasure” lucky draw was picked last Friday, with top prizes of a Toyota Camry Car, a Panasonic 50-inch Panasonic plasma television, a Diamond Trading Company diamond ring, air tickets to various destination and other prizes, totalling HK$1 million.
