AA announces public hotlines

(HONG KONG, 7 July 1998) -- The Airport Authority (AA) has opened two 24-hour hotlines for general enquiries and complaints at the new Hong Kong International Airport.

The hotline numbers are:

Chinese: 2181 8888

English: 2181 0000

Please note that the AA hotlines DO NOT issue flight information. Passengers and their meeters and greeters should inquire about flight arrivals and departures through their airlines.

Complaints about aircraft noise can also be made to the Civil Aviation Department's complaints hotline on 2769 6969.
