Invitation to Tender

Tender for Contract T25W024 South Runway Resurfacing Works and Relocation of Asphalt Mixing Plant (PRO/T614/25/SW)

The Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”).

The Authority hereby invites Tender Submissions from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for South Runway Resurfacing Works and Relocation of Asphalt Mixing Plant. The scope of works includes asphalt resurfacing works for South Runway and relocation of existing on-site asphalt mixing plant and associated facilities at restricted area.  The works is required to be completed within a period of 821 days.

This is an open tender covered by the Revised World Trade Organization Agreement.

Details of the invitation are spelled out in the Letter of Invitation which consists of the Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission.

The Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission are available for downloading at our ePROS Website. Applicants who wish to tender for the above contract should log onto our ePROS Website which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com to download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission. The applicants can only download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission via our ePROS Website if the applicants hold a Registered Account. Please go to the Authority's ePROS Website to find out how the applicants can register and apply for a Registered Account.

A tender briefing is scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on 19 November 2025 via video conference. Please complete the application form in ePROS website and submit it on or before 12:00 noon on 18 November 2025 to register for the tender briefing. Please note that you may nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend the tender briefing.

Tenders in response to the Letter of Invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and be submitted via our ePROS Website and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 30 December 2025 (Hong Kong time).

All costs and expenses incurred by the applicants for or in connection with any response to the Letter of Invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority.
