Invitation to Tender

Tender for Contract T25W002 – Provision of High Power Chargers (“HPC”) at Cargo Apron (PRO/T494/25/CS)

The Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”). 

The Authority hereby invites Tender Submissions from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for Provision of High Power Chargers at Cargo Apron. The term of the contract is 760 calendar days.

This is an open tender covered by the Revised World Trade Organization Agreement.  

Details of the invitation are spelled out in the Letter of Invitation which consists of the Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission.

The Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission are available for downloading at our ePROS Website. Applicants who wish to tender for the above contract should log onto our ePROS Website which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com.  The applicants can only download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission via our ePROS Website if the applicants hold a Registered Account.  Please go to the Authority's ePROS Website to find out how the applicants can register and apply for a Registered Account.

A tender briefing and site visit session is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on 12 September 2025. Please complete the application form in ePROS website and submit it via ePROS website on or before 4:30 p.m. on 8 September 2025 to register for the tender briefing and site visit session.  Please note that you may nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend the tender briefing and site visit session.

Tenders in response to the Letter of Invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and be submitted via our ePROS Website as per the instructions set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 23 September 2025 (Hong Kong time). 

All costs and expenses incurred by the applicants for or in connection with any response to the Letter of Invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority.
