Invitation to Tender

Tender for Provision, Support and Maintenance Services of Autonomous Electric Shuttle Bus and Autonomous Driving System at the Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/T455/25/CS)

The Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”). 

The Authority hereby invites Tender Submissions from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for Provision, Support and Maintenance Services of Autonomous Electric Shuttle Bus and Autonomous Driving System at the Hong Kong International Airport. The term of the contract for Provision of Autonomous Electric Shuttle Bus and Autonomous Driving System is 390 days, and the term of the contract for Support and Maintenance Services for Autonomous Electric Shuttle Bus and Autonomous Driving System is 60 months.

Details of the invitation are spelled out in the Letter of Invitation which consists of the Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission.

The Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission are available for downloading at our ePROS Website. Applicants who wish to tender for the above contract should log onto our ePROS Website which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com.  The applicants can only download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission via our ePROS Website if the applicants hold a Registered Account. Please go to the Authority's ePROS Website to find out how the applicants can register and apply for a Registered Account.

A tender briefing session is scheduled on 11 December 2025. Please complete the application form in ePROS website and submit it via ePROS website on or before 12:00 noon on 9 December 2025 to register for the tender briefing session. Please note that you may nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend the tender briefing session.

Tenders in response to the Letter of Invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and be submitted in both our ePROS Website and hard copy as per the instructions set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 30 December 2025 (Hong Kong time). 

All costs and expenses incurred by the applicants for or in connection with any response to the Letter of Invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority.
