Tender for Design, Implementation and Support and Maintenance Services of Video Analytics Crowd and Baggage Count in T1 L5 Baggage Reclaim Hall at the Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/T404/25/NC)

Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”).

The Authority hereby invites tenders from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for the Design, Implementation and Support and Maintenance Services of Video Analytics Crowd and Baggage Count in T1 L5 Baggage Reclaim Hall at the Hong Kong International Airport. The Term of the Contract is intended to be for 9 months from the Commencement Date for implementation plus 1-year Defects Liability Period (DLP), and 1-year fixed Support and Maintenance Services

This is an open tender covered by the Revised World Trade Organization Agreement.

A Virtual Tender Briefing is scheduled on 19 September 2025, 10:00am – 11:00am (Hong Kong Time) via Microsoft Teams Meeting. Interested applicants are required to complete the Application for Tender Briefing for registration and upload to ePROS on or before 12:00 noon on 18 September 2025. The virtual meeting room access key will be distributed to your meeting participants by individual email once the registration is received.

Tenders in response to the invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Document and be submitted via our ePROS Website as per the instructions set out in the Tender Document and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com, no later than 16:30 on 10 October 2025 (Hong Kong time).

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority.  The Authority is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender and reserves the right to negotiate with any Tenderer.
