Tender for Contract T25M803 Professional Services for Alteration, Improvement and Maintenance Works (Structural, Electrical and Mechanical) (PRO/T329/25/JK)
The Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”).
The Authority hereby invites Tender Submissions from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for the Professional Services for Alteration, Improvement and Maintenance Works (Structural, Electrical and Mechanical). The scope of services includes provision of consultancy services of Registered Structural Engineers, Authorized Persons, Registered Geotechnical Engineers, architects, civil engineers, traffic engineers, structural engineers, electrical and mechanical (E&M) engineers, building services engineers, quantity surveyors, system engineers and specialist consultants to support the Authority on design and implementation of miscellaneous architectural / building improvement projects. The term of the contract is 2 years with an option of 1 year extension.
The Authority has issued parallel invitations to tender for Contract T25M801 Professional Services for Alteration, Improvement and Maintenance Works (Civil and Infrastructural) (Tender reference number: PRO/T290/25/JK). If a Tenderer is interested in bidding for more than one contract, a separate tender must be submitted for each of the contracts. The Authority will award this Contract and Contract T25M801 Professional Services for Alteration, Improvement and Maintenance Works (Civil and Infrastructural) (Tender reference number: PRO/T290/25/JK) to two different Tenderers.

The Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission are available for downloading at our ePROS Website. Applicants who wish to tender for the above contract should log onto our ePROS Website which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com to download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission. The applicants can only download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission via our ePROS Website if the applicants hold a Registered Account. Tender briefing is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on 11 June 2025 via video conference. Please complete the application form and submit it via ePROS website on or before 12:00 (noon) on 10 June 2025 to register for the tender briefing. Please note that you may nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend the tender briefing.
Tenders in response to the Letter of Invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and be submitted via our ePROS Website as per the instructions set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 3 July 2025 (Hong Kong time).
All costs and expenses incurred by the applicants for or in connection with any response to the Letter of Invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority.
