Notice of Contract Award

Provision of Design, Implementation and Support and Maintenance Services for Azure OpenAI powered Data Analytics Solution for the Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/T228/25/NC)

Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a contract for Provision of Design, Implementation and Support and Maintenance Services for Azure OpenAI powered Data Analytics Solution for the Hong Kong International Airport  (Tender Ref: PRO/T228/25/NC) to KBQuest Hong Kong Limited at 3/F & 16/F, Chao’s Building, 143-145 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong on 23 May 2025. The Term of the Contract shall be from 2 June 2025 up to the expiry of 1-year Support and Maintenance Services. The estimated total contract value for the Contract is HK$5.24 million.

Procurement was by way of limited tendering due to an absence of competition for technical reasons.
