Notice of Contract Award

Provision of Maintenance and Support Services for the Construction Project Cost Control System (CPCCS) for the Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/T204/26/NC)

Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a contract for Provision of Maintenance and Support Services for the Construction Project Cost Control System (CPCCS) for the Hong Kong International Airport (Tender Ref: PRO/T204/26/NC) to PMS Systems (HK) Limited at Flat/Rm 1203, 12/F, CEO Tower, 77 Wing Hong Street, Cheung Sha Wan KL, Hong Kong on 17 June 2026. The Term of the Contract shall be from 17 June 2026 to 16 June 2031. The estimated total contract value for the Contract is HK$7.26 million.

Procurement was by way of limited tendering due to an absence of competition for technical reasons.
