Supply, Delivery and Provision of Comprehensive Maintenance Services of Electric Airside Passenger Buses at the Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/T162/25/TT)

Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded two contracts to Dah Chong Hong-Dragonair Airport GSE Service Limited at 13 Catering Road East, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong on 17 September 2025:-

(i)    PA13121 – Supply and Delivery of Electric Airside Passenger Buses at the Hong Kong International Airport with contract commencement date on 22 September 2025. The awarded Contract Sum was HK$41,293,100.

(ii)    PA13122 – Provision of Comprehensive Maintenance Services for Electric Airside Passenger Buses. The Term of this Contract shall be 7 years from date to be notified by Airport Authority with options to extend for a total period not exceeding 3 years. The estimated contract value excluding prive fluctuation for this Contract is HK$24.6 million.

Procurement was by way of an open tender with tender notice published on 26 May 2025 on Airport Authority’s website.
