Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a contract for Term Contract T25M220 Maintenance, Improvement and Refurbishment Works for Closed Circuit Television System (Tender Ref: PRO/T158/25/CS) to IWS-N1 Solutions Limited at Unit East Wing, 2/F, 822 Lai Chi Kok Road, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon on 23 June 2025. This Term Contract is for a contract period from 24 June 2025 to 29 June 2029. The estimated contract value excluding price fluctuation for this Term Contract is HK$109.8 million.

Procurement was by way of an open tender with tender notice published on 24 April 2025 on Airport Authority’s website.
