Invitation to Tender
The Provision of Apron Vehicles Pooling Service at the Airside of the Hong Kong International Airport (I&RPO/L001/2026)
The Airport Authority Hong Kong (the "Authority") is responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of the Hong Kong International Airport (the "Airport").
The Authority hereby invites tenders from interested organisations with proven experience and capability for a Licence for the Provision of Apron Vehicles Pooling Service at the Airside of the Hong Kong International Airport.
The Licence Period is a fixed term of five (5) years, with option exercisable by the Authority to extend not more than two (2) years. Details of the invitation are contained in the Invitation to Tender (“ITT”). Applicants wishing to tender for the Licence should forward the following information to IRPOtenderenquiry@hkairport.com:

A Tender Briefing is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on 17 June 2026 (Hong Kong Time). Please include your intention to attend, together with the names, titles and contact details of your representatives, in the above email on or before 4:00 p.m. on 15 June 2026 (Hong Kong Time) to register for the briefing. Please note that you may nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend the Tender Briefing.
Tender submission in response to the invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the ITT and be submitted to the Authority’s Tender Box at the following address no later than 4:00 p.m. on 7 July 2026 (Hong Kong Time). Late submission will not be accepted.

All costs and expenses incurred in connection with any response to the invitation, including the preparation and submission of an application, shall be borne entirely by the applicant without recourse to the Authority. The Authority is not bound to accept any tender and reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer.
