Framework Agreement for Provision of Travel Agency Services for Airport Authority (PRO/T687/25/HC)
Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded to two contractors for the Framework Agreement for Provision of Travel Agency Services for Airport Authority (Tender Ref: PRO/T687/25/HC) on 9 March 2026 as below:
- Corporate Travel Management Limited at Room 01, 18/F, CDW Building, 338 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong; and
- Great Eastern Tourist Limited at Room 7, 22/F, Billion Trade Centre, 31 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
The estimated all-inclusive contract value for the period of two years with options to extend for a maximum period of two years, commencing from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2028 is HK$15M.
Procurement was by way of an open tender.
