Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a Contract T25W021 Enhancement Works in L5 Arrivals Immigration Area of Terminal 1 (Tender Ref: PRO/T538/25/SW) to Kin Shing (Leung’s) General Contractors Limited at Unit 1703, Block 2, Enterprise Square, 9 Sheung Yuet Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong on 8 December 2025 with contract commencement date on 9 December 2025. The awarded Contract Sum was HK$43,664,500.

Procurement was by way of an open tender with Tender Notice published on 17 September 2025 on Airport Authority’s website.
