Provision of Design, Supply and Implementation, and Support and Maintenance Services for the Air Passenger Departure Tax (APDT) Refund Application and System for the Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/T400/25/NC)

Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a contract for Provision of Design, Supply and Implementation, and Support and Maintenance Services for the Air Passenger Departure Tax (APDT) Refund Application and System for the Hong Kong International Airport (Tender Ref: PRO/T400/25/NC) to Inspur International (Hong Kong) Co., Limited at Flat B&C, 30/F., Tower A, Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong on 15 August 2025. The Term of the Contract shall be from 15 August 2025 with 1-year Defects Liability Period (DLP), with subsequent 1-year fixed support and maintenance services and with options to extend for a period of up to 1 year. The estimated total contract value for the Contract is HK$17.24 million.

 

Procurement was by way of limited tendering due to an absence of competition for technical reasons.
