Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a Contract for Contract T25W006 Ambience Upgrade at Hotel Link Bridge (Tender Ref: PRO/T355/25/JK) to Pat Davie Limited at 34/F, Shui On Center, 6-8 Harbour Road, Hong Kong on 21 August 2025 with contract commencement date on 25 August 2025. The awarded Contract Sum was HK$58,264,162.

Procurement was by way of an open tender with Tender Notice published on 17 June 2025 on Airport Authority’s website.
