Contract E103 – SKYTOPIA Infrastructure (Initial Phase) Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services (Contract E103)

The Airport Authority Hong Kong (the “Authority”) is planning for the SKYTOPIA project to develop Hong Kong International Airport into a world-class landmark and a world-leading destination.

This contract includes the provision of cost estimating, cost planning and quantity surveying services (collectively called QS services) for the design, procurement and construction of infrastructure works (initial phase) to support the commercial development of the SKYTOPIA. A layout plan showing the planned SKYTOPIA Infrastructure Works (Initial Phase) is attached for information.

The Authority hereby invites tenders from suitably qualified QS consultants with PROVEN EXPERIENCE and the CAPABILITY to provide the above QS services. Suitable consultants need to demonstrate previous experience and capability in QS services for major infrastructure and airport projects. 

Applicants who wish to tender for the above Contract should forward their name and address, together with the name, position and e-mail address of their contact person, by e-mail to AATender.PD1@hkairport.com for the attention of Mr. Tommy Leung, Executive Director, Engineering & Technical Services.

Tenders for this Contract shall be submitted to the Authority’s Tender Box at the lower ground floor lobby of HKIA Tower not later than 14:30 (Hong Kong time) on 27 March 2026.

All costs associated with any submission in response to this notice shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicant.
