Operation and Maintenance of Aviation Fuel Tank Farm and Hydrant System at Hong Kong International Airport
Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is a leading international aviation hub with extensive passenger and cargo operations supported by a critical on airport aviation fuel infrastructure. Airport Authority Hong Kong (“the Authority”) is conducting a market sounding exercise to identify suitably qualified parties interested in the operation and maintenance of the on airport aviation fuel tank farm and associated fuel hydrant system at HKIA.
This opportunity covers the full 24/7 operation, maintenance and safety management of the aviation fuel tank farm and hydrant network, operated on an open access basis, with stringent requirements on seamless operational transfer, fuel quality, system integrity and coordination with the Permanent Aviation Fuel Facility (PAFF) and related interfaces.
