Invitation for Expression of Interest for Chinese Dim Sum Restaurant Concession at Hong Kong International Airport

The Authority hereby invites any interested Catering Operators to submit response in this Invitation for Expression of Interest for Chinese Dim Sum Restaurant Concession (“Invitation”).

Any interested Operator who wish to express its interest should forward the following information to Retail & Advertising Department by email to retail1@hkairport.com no later than 4:00 pm on 9 June 2025 (Hong Kong time).

• Company name;
• Company background (not more than one A4 paper);
• Job reference or proof of operating sizable Chinese dim sum restaurant; and
• Contact person, position, email address and phone number

Qualified Operator may, upon presentation of the aforesaid information, receive the invitation for proposal documents by email or require to download the tender documents at our ePROS Website (http://epros.hkairport.com).

Neither this Invitation nor any response/document(s) received will constitute or form part of any contract with the Authority or constitute any representation or warranty on the part of the Authority.

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this Invitation, including the preparation and/or submission of the response, shall be entirely the sole responsibility of the Operator without recourse to the Authority.

In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the content herein, the English version shall prevail for all purposes.
