Notice is hereby given that the Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong awarded Contract C24W08 for Airport Tung Chung Link to Penta-Ocean Construction Co., Ltd. of Unit 601, K. Wah Centre, 191 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong on 28 July 2025. The awarded sum was HK$2,455,816,350.00.

This procurement was conducted by way of an open prequalification and selective tendering procedure in accordance with the terms of the Revised World Trade Organisation’s Agreement on Government Procurement. An invitation to express interest in prequalifying to tender for this Contract was published on the Airport Authority’s website (www.hkairport.com) on 18 October 2024.
