Invitation to Tender

The Provision of Transshipment Air Cargo Services at the Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok (ALD/DG/26-001)

The Airport Authority (the “Authority”) hereby invites tenders from interested organizations with proven experience in international air cargo ground handling and will be able to provide Transshipment Air Cargo Services at Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok under a franchise agreement. Details of the invitation are spelled out in the tender documents.

Potential tenderers who wish to tender for the above franchise agreement should forward their company name and address by email to HKIALPTHOTENDER@HKAIRPORT.COM. The tender documents are available on request with a fee of HK$5,000 (non-refundable) payable to “Airport Authority”. Tender documents will be released by HKIALPTHOTENDER@HKAIRPORT.COM upon the confirmation from the Authority for such payment.

Tenders in response to the invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the tender documents. The deadline of completing and delivering the tender submission to the Authority’s tender box will be on 08 June 2026 at 3:00 pm (Hong Kong Time).

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation and/or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the tenderers without recourse to the Authority.
