Invitation to Tender

The Provision of Common Cargo Terminal Operator Contractor Services at Hong Kong International Airport Logistics Park in Dongguan (ALD/DG/26-002)

On behalf of Hong Kong-Dongguan Sea-Air Intermodal Transshipment Logistics Park Management (Dongguan) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Airport Authority (the "Authority"), the Authority hereby invites tenders from interested organizations with proven experience in air cargo handling, as well as the design or operation of automated cargo handling system within air cargo terminals,  who are capable of providing Common Cargo Terminal Operator Contractor Services at Hong Kong International Airport Logistics Park in Dongguan under a franchise agreement. Details of the invitation are set out in the tender documents.

Potential tenderers who wish to tender for the above franchise agreement should forward their company name and address by email to HKIALPCCCTENDER@HKAIRPORT.COM. The tender documents are available on request with a fee of HK$10,000 (non-refundable) payable to “Airport Authority”. Tender documents will be released by HKIALPCCCTENDER@HKAIRPORT.COM upon the confirmation from the Authority for such payment.

Tenders in response to the invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the tender documents. The deadline of completing and delivering the tender submission to the Authority’s tender box will be on 6 July 2026 at 3:00 pm (Hong Kong Time).

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation and/or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the tenderers without recourse to the Authority.
