Yukimura was established by the legendary restauranteur Ricky Cheng in 2006 (previously named Kushiyaki Sesson). Mr Cheng brought Yukimura from Kyushu, Japan. Since its establishment, Yukimura has attracted many loyal customers all over Hong Kong. Its newest development has been partnering with C& Hospitality to move into Tower 535, Causeway Bay.

The strength of Yukimura relies on its own ingredient sources. We directly purchase our main ingredients from Japan without any middle-man or suppliers from Hong Kong. Therefore, we are able to source the freshest fish and seafood from the Toyosu market with unbeatable prices to our customers in Hong Kong.
