Ufufu Cafe

Ufufu Cafe was established in 2001 in Saga Prefecture, Kyushu, Japan and has been in business for over 20 years. We use around 10 different types of coffee beans, which are carefully selected by professional coffee makers and roasted to different depths according to the characteristics of each type of coffee bean.

Our restaurant regularly airlifts a variety of fresh ingredients from Japan to Hong Kong. This includes fresh Japanese fruits, coffee beans, matcha powder, and more. Each item is carefully selected by local experts to ensure both quality and affordability, with innovation to create a unique dining experience.
