Courtesy Channel, Frequent Visitor e-Channel and Smart Departure

HKIA Courtesy Channel

Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) Courtesy Channel provides dedicated access for security screening and immigration procedures in the Departures Halls at Terminal 1 to facilitate passengers with special needs and passengers invited by airlines.

Passengers with special needs:

  • Passenger with reduced mobility
  • Visually impaired
  • Travelling under medical supervision
  • Pregnancy
  • Travelling with an infant
  • Passengers aged 65 or above
  • Diplomatic passport holder

One companion is allowed to accompany each eligible user for using the Courtesy Channel.

Frequent Visitor e-Channel

All eligible frequent visitors can now enjoy the e-Channel service at Hong Kong International Airport for a faster and more convenient immigration clearance.

Please visit the enrolment office at the Arrivals Hall to submit your application to Hong Kong Immigration Department directly. The enrolment process is simple and applicants will be informed of the enrolment result instantly. The Frequent Visitor Card programme is no longer in operation. Please enrol for the e-Channel service with the Immigration Department enrolment office for a speedy immigration clearance during your next journey.
