Shop & Dine

Guaranteed Prices Programme

Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) always strives to make shopping and dining an enjoyable experience. Airport Authority Hong Kong’s Guaranteed Prices Programme (the “Programme”) requests all HKIA outlets^ that prices charged for products, services or food items at HKIA will not be higher than those charged for regular priced identical items at "Comparable Outlets*".

If you bought an item at HKIA and found that the price is higher than that of the regular price of an identical item at the Comparable Outlet* on the same day, all you need to do is to fill in and submit this online application form together with the purchase receipt and proof within 30 days of the purchase date at HKIA. We pledge to confirm whether any application is valid within 3 working days#, and offer HKIA Shopping and Dining e-Voucher for any valid cases.

HKIA also requires all airport retail outlets and restaurants that sell bottled water without waiter service to offer at least one water product at reasonable price, either distilled water of 400 ml or above at HK$10 maximum, or mineral water of 400 ml or above at HK$18 maximum. Should you fail to find either of the above water options in the mentioned retail outlets or restaurants and bought at a higher price, please let us know here within 30 days of your purchase date for our processing.

^ HKIA outlets refers to all retail and catering outlets operating at Terminal 1, T1 Midfield Concourse and T1 Satellite Concourse of HKIA.
* Comparable Outlets refers to outlets operating under the same or similar trade name of the retailers or caterers in the major commercial and tourist districts in Hong Kong, namely, Central, Admiralty, Causeway Bay or Tsim Sha Tsui.
# Working days refers to all days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
