Guaranteed Downtown Prices Refund Application Form

Please complete the form below and submit all relevant supporting documents within 30 days of the date of purchase at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) to apply for a refund of the price difference or for return of the item. For details of the Guaranteed Downtown Prices Programme, please click here. The Guaranteed Downtown Prices Programme applies to cases meeting the following criteria:

  • If you have bought any item at HKIA and found that the price is higher than that of an identical item charged at a Comparable Outlet on the same day.
  • The Programme only applies to regular-priced items. It does not apply to items on promotion or discount.

Comparable Outlets refers to outlets operating under the same trade name of the retailers or caterers in major commercial and tourist districts in Hong Kong, namely, Central, Admiralty, Causeway Bay or Tsimshatsui.
