Australians Scottie Callaghan and James Wilson opened the first FINEPRINT in 2016. Since then, they’ve built a business focused on quality: exceptional coffee, delicious food, and great hospitality.

FINEPRINT coffee is sourced from farmers around the world and roasted weekly in Chai Wan. Our menu features simple dishes made from the best ingredients, including freshly baked sourdough sandwiches, toasts and toasties, as well as light ricotta bowls, nourishing salads, and bakery treats – available to enjoy in-store or on the go.

You can find FINEPRINT at the Arrivals Hall of HKIA and at a variety of locations across Hong Kong.
