Echoes of the Eastern Metropolis: Hong Kong and Shanghai

Discover the vibrant souls of two major metropolises through this captivating joint photo exhibition.

One of the featured exhibitions, "City Quest • The Love of Being in Community", showcases award-winning works from the "Smartphone Photo Contest" under the "City Quest" programme, a community engagement initiative by City University of Hong Kong. Captured by the citizens, the photographs portray diverse architecture and daily community life, freezing the love of Hong Kong into frames.

In parallel, "The City of Reflection • Shanghai's Time Capsule" features acclaimed photographers Zheng Xianzhang, Gong Chao, and Nice. They chronicle decades of Shanghai's urban evolution through humanistic photography and drone photography.

Together, these works serve as visual time capsules, recording the unique cultural pulses and boundless spirit of both dynamic cities.
