Charging Facilities

There are more than 9,100 charging points installed in convenient locations throughout the passenger terminals, such as boarding gates and transfer areas, for passengers to charge their personal electronic devices.

The charging points come in several forms. To comply with Hong Kong's statutory safety requirement, power sockets catering for three-rectangular-pin fused plug rated at 13 amperes (13A) are used. Passengers may bring along their own 13A three-rectangular-pin adaptor that complies with the safety requirement. USB ports are also available in all locations and passengers are reminded to bring their own cable connector.

This service may only be used for mobile devices
•      For your safety, do not use your mobile device while it is charging
•      Only connect original or safety-certified charging products
•      Follow the product instructions for charging
•      Please take care of your personal belongings while you are using this service
