HKIA Environmental E-newsletter Issue 12

The Airport Authority (AA) released its HKIA Environmental E-newsletter Issue 12 in December 2022.

This issue starts with an editorial message from the AA General Manager, Sustainability, highlighting AA’s significant sustainability achievements in 2022. The “Spotlight” section contains a case study of AA’s two ESG evaluations. “Industry trends” features the latest updates on Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) charging. Finally, the “What’s happening” section highlights the key environmental events and initiatives at HKIA.

Launched in January 2020, the quarterly environmental e-newsletter namely “Towards the Greenest Airport” aims to promote the airport community’s environmental efforts. Each issue contains features which highlight industry trends, interviews and updates on the environmental aspects within HKIA, Hong Kong and globally.
