AA supports HKUST CARE conference

The Airport Authority (AA) sponsored the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) Climate Adaptation and Resilience Conference (CARE) 2022 in December. Government officials, business executives, representatives from financial sector, scholars and climate action practitioners discussed Hong Kong’s adaptation and resilience planning in the face of climate change at the three-day conference.

During the workshop on “Major Government Plans: Reflecting on Climate Change Policies, Adaptation & Mitigation, Risk & Finance”, AA General Manager, Sustainability, Peter Lee shared AA’s strategies on climate adaptation and how AA prepared against potential disruptions brought by climate change.
