Term Contract T23M310 Maintenance, Improvement and Refurbishment Works for Supervisory Control System of Mechanical Services (PRO/T451/23/KL)

Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a contract for Term Contract T23M310 Maintenance, Improvement and Refurbishment Works for Supervisory Control System of Mechanical Services (Tender Ref: PRO/T451/23/KL) to Honeywell Limited at Unit 501, 5/F, Goldin Financial Global Centre, 17 Kai Cheung Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong on 1 December 2023. This Term Contract is for a period of 48 months from 1 December 2023 to 30 November 2027. The estimated contract value excluding price fluctuation for this Term Contract is HK$32.66 million.

 Procurement was by way of limited tendering due to an absence of competition for technical reasons.
