Tender for Contract T24M802 Professional Services for Alteration, Improvement and Maintenance Works (Architectural and Buildings) (PRO/T256/24/EL)

The Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”).

The Authority hereby invites Tender Submissions from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for the Professional Services for Alteration, Improvement and Maintenance Works (Architectural and Buildings). The scope of services includes provision of professional consultancy services of Authorized Person, architects, electrical and mechanical (E&M) engineers, building services engineers, fire engineers, electronic systems engineer, building surveyors, quantity surveyors, interior designers, project clerks and specialist consultants, mainly specialised in buildings, electrical and mechanical disciplines to support the Authority in planning, design and management of upcoming works and improvement projects. The Term of the Contract is approximate 2 years.

The Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission are available for downloading at our ePROS Website. Applicants who wish to tender for the above contract should log onto our ePROS Website which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com. The applicants can only download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission via our ePROS Website if the applicants hold a Registered Account. Tender briefing is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on 23 April 2024 via video conference. Please complete the application form in ePROS website and submit it via ePROS website on or before 4:00 p.m. on 19 April 2024 to register for the tender briefing. Please note that you may nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend the tender briefing.

Tenders in response to the Letter of Invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and be submitted via our ePROS Website as per the instructions set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 14 May 2024 (Hong Kong time).

All costs and expenses incurred by the applicants for or in connection with any response to the Letter of Invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority.
