Development of the Corporate Showroom at Level 7 HKIA Commercial Building (Contract C23W09)

The Airport Authority Hong Kong (the “Authority”) is planning to construct a Corporate Showroom on the existing HKIA Commercial Building (“HKIACOM”) to enhance the stakeholder engagement. The showroom is planned to be developed as a new platform for the Authority to keep various stakeholders abreast of the latest development of HKIA .

This Contract includes the renovation works at Level 7 of HKIACOM, comprising space reconfiguration, interior fit-out works, new furnishings for various functional areas such as dining area, meeting room, common area, toilets and outdoor areas (the “Works”). The duration of this Contract is approximately 39 weeks.

The procurement method for the Works, conditions for participation and contract award criteria are detailed in the tender documents.

The Authority hereby invites tenders from organisations with PROVEN EXPERIENCE and the CAPABILITY to manage and construct the Works. Suitable applicants will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience and capability in undertaking projects of similar nature and complexity in an operating environment.

Applicants will be advised in writing of the arrangement for collecting the tender documents.

Tenders for this Contract shall be submitted to the Authority not later than 14:30 (Hong Kong time) on Monday, 6 May 2024.

All costs associated with any submission in response to this notice shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicant.
