Utilising Sigfox technology, MyTAG Pro covers flights between Hong Kong International Airport and the following airports with Sigfox network as of June 2023. Coverage of airports may be amended by Sigfox without prior notice.

Please follow the below steps:
If your MyTAG Pro cannot pair with My HKG app, please switch off the MyTAG Pro and make sure it is fully charged. Then start from Step B again.
After switching on your MyTAG Pro, press the power button once. The battery level will be shown as follows:
You will be notified through the My HKG app when your flight is arrived at your destination airport*. If your destination airport is Hong Kong International Airport, you will receive additional notifications when your baggage is arriving soon and when it is ready for pick up. Make sure your MyTAG Pro is paired with the My HKG app and your phone is connected to the internet to get notifications.

To charge your MyTAG Pro, connect it to a USB Type C cable and plug it into a power source. The red LED light indicates it is charging, and the green LED indicates it is fully charged. Keep your MyTAG Pro powered up and ready to go.
Please make sure you entered a valid and correct e-mail address, and you may check the verification code message in the spam mail folder.
If you still did not receive verification code, please click the "Resend code" button.
Please follow the below steps below to report loss:
Once your tag has been reported lost, the tag is deactivated and you cannot receive any baggage arrival notification. It can be re-activated only by registering the tag again with the original e-mail address.
