A meet and assist service is available for passengers at a reasonable charge. When you are leaving, dedicated staff can meet you at the Ground Transportation Centre (GTC) or car parks and help you get to the check-in hall and aircraft departures gates. Arriving passengers can be met at the aircraft gate and helped all the way to the GTC or car parks.

The service can be procured through your airline, airline's handling agent or Worldwide Flight Services.

1. What are the size and weight limitations on baggage?

Connection with Mainland China

Several possible routes are listed below:

  1. Take airport bus route A21 to Hung Hom Station. Change to intercity through train for Guangzhou.
  2. Take Airport Express to Kowloon Station and change to free shuttle buses for Hung Hom Station. Then take the intercity through train from Hung Hom Station to Guangzhou.
  3. Take airport bus route A43 to Sheung Shui Station. Change to the MTR East Rail Line to Lo Wu control point. After crossing the boundary, take the train to Guangzhou.
  4. Take Airport Express to Tsing Yi Station and change to MTR Kwun Tong Line to Kowloon Tong. Then, change to the MTR East Rail Line to Lo Wu control point. After crossing the boundary, take the train to Guangzhou.

3. If I arrive at the airport late at night, how can I cross the boundary to Mainland China?
   

For passengers who arrive in Hong Kong International Airport after midnight, please take bus route N42A to Sheung Shui and change to bus route N76 to Lok Ma Chau Control Point, where a 24-hour cross-boundary coach service is available.

A taxi can normally carry about three suitcases of regular size (1.7m length x 0.7m width x 0.5m height) in rear luggage compartment.
