Passengers with mobility difficulties are well cared for at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) through the efforts of the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation.
The Society provides accessible transport and travel services between the airport and hotels and sightseeing for people who find it difficult or impossible to use public transport.
It's Rehabus operates a fleet of over 100 vehicles – ranging from 12 to 30 seaters – with accessible and safety facilities for wheelchair users. There are Dial-a-ride services, Scheduled Route services, Pooled Dial-a-ride services and a Feeder Service.
Rehabus can be booked in advance. Office hours are from 0900 to 1700. After office hours, calls are to be directed to a paging service centre where you can leave your contact number and enquiry.
