Upon arrival in Hong Kong International Airport, visitors can obtain comprehensive information on Hong Kong from various facilities at different locations of the arrival areas.
Numerous literature stands displaying a wide variety of information, some with plasma TV showing Hong Kong videos.
There are three HKTB Visitor Information & Services Counters at the Arrivals Level. One of them is located at transfer area, the other two are located at Buffer Halls. At each counter, visitors can obtain tourist brochures, and acquire information through i CyberLink (access to HKTB Website) and visitor hotline. All self-help visitor facilities are available 24 hours a day.
