The Baltic was established as a joint venture with Japan’s second largest curry restaurant chain. Having founded its operating headquarters in Hong Kong since 2005, the restaurant aims to develop its business throughout the Greater China area. Its specialties include its reputably genuine Japanese Curry with various degree of spiciness, and a range of authentic Japanese Ramen noodles.
