Police reporting centres

Airport police officers are courteous and helpful. They are also experienced in helping people and communicating with passengers from different countries.

If you need police assistance or want to report a crime, you can talk to any officer on duty in the airport, or go to the Police Reporting Centre in the Check-in Hall of Terminal 1 or Coach Station in Terminal 2.

If you need any urgent help from the Police, Fire Services Department or an ambulance, please dial 999.

For non-urgent reports, please contact the Police on +852 3661 2000 or send a fax to +852 2769 4805.
