Frequent Visitor e-Channel

All eligible frequent visitors can now enroll for the e-Channel service directly with Hong Kong Immigration Department to experience a faster way of immigration clearance. You do not need to obtain the HKIA Frequent Visitor Card before enrolling for the e-Channel service. Please visit the enrolment office of Hong Kong Immigration Department in your next visit to HKIA and enrolment result will be given instantly. For details, please click here.

Q1. My Frequent Visitor Card expired. How can I apply for a new card?

Frequent Visitor Card Programme has ceased to receive new applications and no new card will be issued.

Apart from using the HKIA Frequent Visitor Card channels, you can also experience a faster lane for immigration clearance via the Frequent Visitor e-Channel (FVe). Please visit the enrolment office at the Arrivals Hall to submit your application to Hong Kong Immigration Department upon your next visit to HKIA. Enrolment result will be given instantly. Q2. My Frequent Visitor Card expires soon. How can I renew it?

All Frequent Visitor Cards (FVC) expiring between April 2012 and February 2014 have been automatically extended by three years. A renewal notice has been sent to all FVC members by email. If you have not received the notice, please contact FVC Administrator via email: FVC@hkairport.com. No new card will be issued and please use your current card to enjoy our service until the newly-extended expiry date.

Please send us an email with the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Passport number
  3. Frequent Visitor Card Member ID

We will send you a Frequent Visitor e-Card via email.
