Frequent Visitor Channel
Card renewals
Frequent Visitor Card holders who use the Frequent Visitor Channel (FVC) or the Automated Passenger Clearance System (also known as "e-Channels") of Hong Kong International Airport for six times or more within a two-year period are eligible for card renewal.
Qualified FVC card holders will be notified by email one month prior to card expiry. Upon confirmation of the postal address, a new card will be sent out approximately within three weeks. During the transitional period, card holders will be granted a one-month extension of card validity.
For card holders who do not receive the notification email, please complete the renewal application form and mail it together with the photocopies of the following documents:
- Passport page showing your name and passport number; and
- Passport pages with arrival stamps, or landing slips printed in e-Channels showing the record of your six visits to Hong Kong via Hong Kong International Airport in the past 24 months.
