"Caring Hong Kong" exhibition

The exhibition features the spirit of mutual help among Hong Kong people in different aspects of living, including rural self-reliance programme, free education, fund-raising and close neighbourhood relationship. With a series of memorable photos, the exhibition leads visitors to review the history of charitable organisations and types of activities held in Hong Kong so as to understand how we built the benevolent society.

“Tea through the Ages” exhibition

Eighteen items of tea ware of various dynasties are on display to introduce Chinese tea drinking culture and the varied methods of tea making practised in China.
Complimentary Tea-making Demonstration Workshop will also be held on selected days to share the joy of tea drinking with passengers. The exhibition is co-organised by Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD).

“Glimpses of Chinese Medicine” exhibition

Co-organised by HKIA and Hong Kong Baptist University, the exhibition introduces the basic theories behind acupuncture and the application of Chinese medicine in daily life.
Chinese Medical Workshop will also be held on selected days. Passengers can get some advices on illness prevention for free from traditional Chinese physicians at the workshop.

“The Art of Cantonese Opera” exhibition

The “Art of Cantonese Opera” exhibition is held near Arrival Gate 36. With a rich display of text, graphics and historical photos featuring filmographies, famous protagonists, stage properties, scripts and music instruments, the exhibition provides visitors with a chance to appreciate the different roles of characters, basic performance techniques, costumes and classical repertoire in Cantonese opera.

“Theatre Art of Cantonese Opera” exhibition

Complemented by performance video clips, a total of 17 valuable opera costumes and props are on display to illustrate the art of traditional Cantonese Opera. The exhibition is co-organised by HKIA and LCSD.

"Bits of Old Hong Kong" exhibition

The exhibition features a rich collection of photos, taking visitors back to the old days of Hong Kong. It highlights different faces of old Hong Kong, including its daily life, trade and commerce, transportation and fashion.
