Trick Art Journey at HKIA

HKIA is proud to introduce Trick Art installations to our airport. A total of eight optical illusion art pieces with local Hong Kong themes including Cantonese opera, dragon and lion dances, Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower, dragon boat, the Goldfish Market and Lam Tsuen Wishing Trees are being installed in different locations on the Departures Level of Terminal 1. Come and experience the exciting optical illusion effect the of the Trick Art pieces by taking creative pictures with the installations!

Bruce Lee: Kung Fu‧Art‧Life

The legend of Bruce Lee's life is intertwined with his confidence, charisma and a personal background that combined the East and West. More than 70 invaluable items of memorabilia selected from the Bruce Lee: Kung Fu‧Art‧Life exhibition currently on display at Hong Kong Heritage Museum are presented at HKIA to showcase to tourists and the public Bruce Lee's achievements and his contribution to film, king fu and popular culture. Featuring images, audio-visual programmes and a photo corner, the exhibition explores the legendary icon from a fascinating new angle.

"Childhood Memories" exhibition

Apart from being the playmates of children, toys evoke sweet childhood memories. With the theme of Hong Kong retro toys, the "Childhood Memories" exhibition showcases over 20 sets of toys selected from local museum collections including land transport, aircraft, robots and dolls. Come visit the exhibition to relive the joyful moments with your favourite toys.

“Theatre Art of Cantonese Opera” exhibition

Complemented by performance video clips, a total of 17 valuable opera costumes and props are on display to illustrate the art of traditional Cantonese Opera. The exhibition is co-organised by HKIA and LCSD.
