Hong Kong International Airport is always ready to help those with special needs. Dedicated 24-hour help phones are located throughout the terminals, including the entrances along the Departures Kerbs. A porter service is also available to help carry baggage from the Departures Kerbs and other drop-off points to check-in counters at both terminals and from the Baggage Reclaim Hall on the Arrivals Level of Terminal 1 to pick-up points for ground transport, at a reasonable charge.
